TALENZA is a brand of the German company FIXLO GmbH. Since 2015 we have provided recruitment services between Poland and the German-speaking market.
Who we are
TALENZA was founded on a simple belief: cross-border recruitment should be transparent, safe and conducted in the language of both sides. We operate as a brand of FIXLO GmbH — a company registered in Germany, based in Görlitz, right on the Polish border.
Since 2015 we have handled over 25,000 applications. Our role is recruitment placement (Personalvermittlung) — we lead to an employment contract signed directly between the candidate and the employer. We are not a temporary work agency and we do not lease out workers.
Every submission — from both employers and candidates — goes through manual verification by a consultant. We present only vetted profiles to employers and only verified offers to candidates. For employers the service is payable only after the candidate is hired; for candidates it is entirely free.

Manual verification
No uncontrolled automation. Every candidate and every offer is checked for match with the requirements.

Polish, German (Germany and Austria) and English. We communicate in the client's and the candidate's language.
